感知矿山建设可行性预评估研究:基于模糊综合评价的实证分析

    Research on the feasibility pre-evaluation in sensor mine construction:an empirical analysis based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

    • 摘要: 感知矿山建设是煤矿实现两化融合的重要手段,进行感知矿山建设需具备一定的实施条件。以PEST理论为指导对宏观环境进行分析,从"人、财、物、管"四个角度对矿山微观环境进行评价,构建感知矿山建设预评估体系,运用模糊综合评价法对宏微观环境进行评价,根据评价结果构建评价方格,提出感知矿山建设预评估方格论,结合实例对该理论进行了应用。

       

      Abstract: Sensor mine construction is an important method to achieve the integration of informatization and industrialization in coal mines while some certain conditions are necessary for the construction.The paper not only analyzes the macro-environment conditions with PEST theory but also analyzes the microenvironment conditions from the aspects of human factor,financial factor,object factor and management factor.Based on the analyses it constructs the pre-evaluation system.It puts forward pre-evaluation grid theory according to the evaluation results for both the macro-environment and micro-environment factors drawn with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In the end an example is given with the application of the preevaluation grid theory.
