Abstract: Coal industrial security is an important strategy problem concerning the development of the national economy development and security of our nation, while establishment of indictor system of coal Industrial Security is the premise and basis of implementing coal Industrial security evaluation. The idea of coal resource security, mine production security and coal industrial security studied respectively in this paper, and the idea of coal industrial security is redefined. On basis of construction of theoretical model of coal industrial security system, the influence of potential threat factor, industrial subject factor and macro-safeguard factor on coal industrial security is analyzed, the operation mechanism of every factor is clearly stated, and the evaluation indictor system of coal industrial security is preliminarily established.
