热改性凹土复合聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂在受污河水处理中的应用

    • 摘要: 热改性凹土复合聚丙烯酰胺合成新型复合絮凝剂,通过FT-IR红外光谱分析,热改性凹土与聚丙烯酰胺进行了有效接枝聚合。复合絮凝剂对受污河水的COD和浊度的去除实验结果表明,复合絮凝剂投加量50 mg/L时,受污河水的COD和浊度的去除效果最好,COD的去除率达到45.6%,浊度的去除率达到66.3%,复合絮凝剂中凹土和PAM协同效应显著。

       

      Abstract: A kind of titled composite flocculating agent was synthesized by addition of heat-modified attapulgite to polyacrylamide. By means of FT-IR,we can find that heat-modified attapulgite and polyacrylamide combined effectively by graft polymerization. After the treatment of the polluted river water by composite flocculating agent,the results of COD and turbidity show that when adding 50mg/L composite of flocculating agent the good results can be achieved. Meanwhile, the COD removal rate can be up to 45.6%, turbidity removal rate can up to 66.3%.And there is significant synergistic effect between attapulgite and PAM.
