Abstract: Energy security is the important aspects of energy strategy of one country. China is one big country of crude oil production and consumption in the world, with enormous requirement of oil and gas, while Russia is one big country of the world's oil and gas production and export. China and Russia are neighboring countries, the Sino-Russian energy cooperation not only has necessity, but also has the important significance to consolidate the Sino-Russian strategic cooperation partnership. Although cooperation is facing various problems, but still has extremely broad avenues of cooperation.
