Abstract: From Inner Mongolia to cut into the present situation of the mineral resources environment, this paper through consulting a large number of first-hand information research and analysis, concludes that existed in the development of Inner Mongolia Inner Mongolia mineral exploration, coal, iron ore, oil and gas resources use excess capacity is insufficient, low resource utilization, small dew coexist, more serious environmental problems and the main problems of groundwater, etc. Central problem oriented, combined with the new situation of "innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing" five big idea, put forward to strengthen, turn down the whole bulk, raising the threshold of oil and gas reserves, planning and control, the mining development train of thought of technology innovation. The author thinks that this line of thinking to help Inner Mongolia mining development out of the dilemma is feasible.
