高瓦斯易自燃冲击矿压条件下煤层综合防灭火技术研究

    Study on the comprehensive fire prevention technology under the conditions of high gassy,easy spontaneous combustion and rockburst

    • 摘要: 文章首先分析了高瓦斯易自燃冲击矿压条件下工作面防灭火的难点,并且指出了冲击矿压对煤炭自燃的影响。实验测试了胡家河矿401101工作面煤自燃指标气体的变化规律,为工作面煤炭自燃的预测提供了科学依据。详细阐述了工作面回采时期上下隅角封堵、采用凝胶墙隔离、采用三相泡沫大范围覆盖浮煤的综合防灭火技术实施方案和参数。实践证明该方案能够有效的保证工作面的顺利开采,为同类矿井工作面的防灭火提供了宝贵的经验。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, it was firstly analyzed the difficulties of fire prevention at working face under the conditions of high gas concentration,easy self-ignition and rockburst.Furthermore,it has pointed out the effect of rockburst on coal spontaneous combustion.Tests had been carried out to figure out the change regulations of the gassy index for coal spontaneous combustion of Hu Jiahe 401101 working face,which provided scientific evidences for forecasting coal spontaneous combustion.At the same time,the implementation programs of the fire-fighting technology and technical parameters during face mining period and stopped mining period were also discussed,the paper mainly focused on the comprehensive technology of fire prevention and extinguishment by sealing air leakage at upper and down-corner angle with precast block and covering a wide range of float coal in goaf with three-phase foam,as well as constructing isolation wall with gel.It was proved that such program can effectively ensure the mining safety,and has provided valuable experience for similar underground mines in fire prevention.
