Abstract: Continued reform the development, preparation and mining system, enhance the mechanized degree in producing mine and achieving reasonable concentrated production is an important technical policy on China's coal industry. Jinggezhuang coal mine, Kailuan Group efforts to seek effective ways of reasonable concentrated production and active practice exploration under the specific coal geological conditions, achieving better technical and economic results. Includes technological transformation to mine main production links, to take measures to open the forbidden zone, to expand mining zone production capacity. Reform Mine development arrangement and mining method, play the superiority of fully mechanized mining, increase unit yield levels. These practice results have some guidance and reference for similar producing mines.
