Abstract: Take Karamay for instance,the article discussed about the effect of duality economy structure to house estate prices in mining city.The author suggested that the government should think much of.the problems of commercial competitive decline and take effective measure to solve the problems of part of citizens relative poverty which cause by the house estate prices rise.
