孙疃煤矿复合破碎软岩大断面巷道破坏机理与支护对策

    Damage mechanism and supporting methods of soft broken roadway in Suntuan coal mine

    • 摘要: 通过对孙疃煤矿复合破碎软岩大断面巷道破坏机理的深入分析,揭示了复合破碎软岩大断面巷道围岩控制机理,提出了科学的支护对策及架喷注锚注动态联合加固支护技术,并优化了支护参数和施工工艺。工程实践表明,该支护技术能够较好地控制复合破碎软岩大断面巷道的围岩变形,取得了良好的技术经济效益,对类似条件下巷道围岩控制和巷道维修有一定的借鉴意义。

       

      Abstract: Based on completely analysis of failure mechanism of broken soft roadway in suntuan coal mine,the corresponding control methods were discovered, as a result, the scientific supporting measures and dynamic supporting technology characting frame-shotcrete-grouting complex reinforcement were put forward,and then supporting parameters and construction process were optimized. Engineering practice shows that the supporting methods can better control deformation of the broken soft roadway, achieved good technical and economic benefits, it is referential significance for control and maintenance of roadway in the similar conditions.
