Abstract:
Using drainage oil as raw material,a new anionic collector is synthesized through saponification and compound with other surfactants,which is for collophanite.The collector is evaluated by flotation,and P
2O
5 grade of collophanite ore for flotation is 22.51%.The results show that the optimum saponification conditions are saponification time 6h,saponification temperature 90℃,mass ratio of NaOH(s)and drainage oil 23∶50,solution concentration of NaOH 30%.Then the saponification products compounded with HS surfactant is the final anionic collector,and the ratio is 7∶3.Infrared spectrum analysis show that,fatty acids is the main saponification products.
