地沟油合成胶磷矿阴离子捕收剂

    The synthesis of anionic collector for collophanite using drainage oil

    • 摘要: 试验以某地地沟油为原料,通过皂化及复配合成了新的胶磷矿阴离子捕收剂,并针对某胶磷矿矿样(原矿P2O5品位为22.51%)进行浮选试验性能评价。结果表明最佳皂化条件为皂化时间6h,皂化温度为90℃左右,NaOH固体与地沟油质量比=23∶50,NaOH配成浓度为30%的溶液。皂化产品与HS型表面活性剂配比为7∶3时可作为胶磷矿捕收剂。红外光谱分析结果表明,地沟油皂化处理后产物主要为脂肪酸。

       

      Abstract: Using drainage oil as raw material,a new anionic collector is synthesized through saponification and compound with other surfactants,which is for collophanite.The collector is evaluated by flotation,and P2O5 grade of collophanite ore for flotation is 22.51%.The results show that the optimum saponification conditions are saponification time 6h,saponification temperature 90℃,mass ratio of NaOH(s)and drainage oil 23∶50,solution concentration of NaOH 30%.Then the saponification products compounded with HS surfactant is the final anionic collector,and the ratio is 7∶3.Infrared spectrum analysis show that,fatty acids is the main saponification products.
