大倾角大采高综采面覆岩移动特征及顶板稳定性控制

    The characteristics of overburden rock movement and controlling of roof stability of fully mechanized mining of large height and large dip angle

    • 摘要: 为控制大倾角大采高综采工作面顶板稳定性,通过数值模拟、理论分析、工程实践等研究方法,研究大倾角大采高综采工作面覆岩移动特征及矿压显现规律,分析大倾角大采高综采工作面支架与覆岩移动关系,进而找出改善顶板稳定性控制的合理方法。在此基础上,针对某矿3509工作面的具体条件,就控制顶板稳定性,提出对液压支架的要求,而且采取了变换移架方式、超前移架、在支架底座增设底调和调架千斤顶以及在顶梁与顶板之间增设金属网等控制顶板稳定性的具体措施。对同类开采条件下的矿井有较好的指导借鉴意义。

       

      Abstract: In order to control the roof stability of fully mechanized mining face that is with deep dip angle and large mining height,we studied,through the research methods,such as the numerical simulation,theoretical analysis,engineering practice and so on,the overlying strata movement characteristics of the work face and mine pressure behavior,and also analyzed the relationship between work face’s support and?the movement of overlying strata,and then found out the reasonable control method to improve the roof stability.On this basis,and under the actual conditions of 509 working face on the No.3 coal mine,we put forward requirements for support to control the stability of roof,and took some actions to control roof stability,such as transformed the moving way of support,moved support in advance,added the regulator and the jack of regulator at bottom of support,and added metal net between the top beam and the roof.This research results can provide references and a good guiding significance to a mining with the same condition.
