Abstract: The current global mining industry is depressed,most of the mineral resources prices fell sharply.It is China’s opportunity for global mineral resources planning,also is the important time to increase mining investment in Africa.The paper briefly combed the African minerals resources endowment,discusses the importance of mining in Africa, analyzes the Africa resource utilization and the present situation and problems of Chinese mining investment in Africa.Thinks,that African resources are rich,but most existing resources with high quality has been controled developed countries,which poses a challenge to Chinese enterprises.Most African countries relies heavily on mining,western countries’s evaluation of overseas investment environment in Africa is low,China should rely on china-africa friendly relations,grasp the market opportunity.
