Abstract: Iron ore is one of the most important resources to China's economy development. With the rapid growth of iron ore resource consumption in recent years, the additional environment pressure is getting bigger and bigger. This study discusses iron ore's consumption strategy and how to apply circular economy method on China's iron ore exploitation to reduce the ecological environment pressure, by introducing the variety of our country's iron ore resource consumption in 1990 to 2006 and the deposit characteristic of our country's iron ore resource in our country.
