新型高效助滤剂的分子设计

    DESIGN OF MOLECULES OF NEW HIGH-EFFECTIVE FLTER AID AGENT

    • 摘要: 本文论述了高效助滤剂应具备的性能特点,作为高效助滤剂应同时具有使颗粒表面“大面积疏水”和促使微细颗粒絮凝的双重功能。提出了以线性大分子表面活性剂作为高效助滤剂的设计构思,设计并合成了能使矿物表面“大面积疏水”并兼有一定絮凝功能的大分子表面活性剂,开发出了PCRE新一代大分子表面活性剂型助滤剂。过滤实验表明,PCRE对赤铁矿具有优良的助滤性能,可将平均粒度为7.3μm的赤铁矿的滤饼水分从17.7%降至11.2%,将东鞍山浮选铁精矿的滤饼水分从16.2%降至13.6%.

       

      Abstract: This pater discusses the performance and features meeting the meeds for high-effective filter aid agent. The agent must be with both abilities of "lagrge-area hydrophobicity" for particIe surface and of "flocculability" for fine particles. The design concept of using linear macromolecular surface-active agent as high-effective filter aid one was presented; the macromolecular surface-active agent with large-hydrophobility for mineral surface had been designed and composited. The RCRE filter aid agent as new-generation macromolecular surface-acticve agent has been dedveloped. The filtering test showed that the PCRE has a good filtering performance and can decrease the moisture of filter press cakes of hematite with mean particle size of 7.3μm from 17.7% to 11.2%. In Dong'anshan Iron Mine, the PCRE had decreased the moisture of filter press cakes from 16.2 % to 13.6 %.
