Abstract: Based on the connotation of dominant mineral,further analyzed the situation to part of dominant mineral in our country,and found that there are resources decline,excess development,high pressure for supervision and so on;then,from the time dimension,the space layout and macro-control which three direction,and put forward "trilateral" mode.The time dimension including mining before,during and after the three stages,the space layout is contains resources accumulation area,pitting area and lack area three pattern,the macro-control including legal,economic and administrative three ways,and further analysis constructs the management control of the time and space layout of the relation mode.
