Abstract: Increase of comprehensive service life of vibration drawing machines is the key of furtherwidely adopting this technique.In this article, the factors and reasons affecting to comprehensiveservice life are analyzed with application practices in past mangyears and living concrefe problems，and some effective ways for increasing comprehensive service life are suggested in principlesof combining the root with the stopgap solutions of problems．
