综放工作面过空巷高水速凝材料充填试验

    PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF HIGH-MOISTURE QUICK-SETTING BACKFILL MATERIAL TO ABANDONED ROADWAY

    • 摘要: 分析了综放工作面过空巷时主要顶板的活动规律,介绍了高水速凝材料力学和变形特性,论证了综放工作面过空巷时采用高水速凝材料充填空巷的可行性。并成功应用于工程实践。实践证明,采用高水速凝材料充填空巷是综放工作面快速、安全、经济地推过空巷的有效途径。

       

      Abstract: It is always a difficulty for coal mine how the working face with fully mechanized top coal caving passes through the abandoned roadway.The dynamic behaviors of main roof of working face passing through abandoned roadway and the mechanical and deformation characteristics of high moisture quick setting backfill material are analysed.Successful practice shows the application of such backfill material to abandoned roadway is a good solution to ensure the working face pass through abandoned roadway quickly,safely and economically.
