Abstract: Mines closure and its ecological environment reoration has been a key point and difficult problem in our country, however, a scientific procedure and relative measures have not been udied deeply. On the viewpoint of mining suainable development, aiming at solving problems of mines closure, according to relative literature at home and abroad and the actual ate in our country, the article clarifies these problems: mining corporation external co shifting, low efficiency in diribution of property right, deficiency in planning of mine closure, and the neglect of ecological safety. This article points out that development of ecological agriculture is an important measure in relieving economic exhauion. And it also approaches suggeions: making plans of mines closure, adjuing property relationship, making ecological environment provincial, rengthening supervision of geological and ecological environment in mining zones, developing special touri trade etc.
