Abstract:
Since 2017, China has introduced a series of policies on the field of oil and gas exploration and development of market-oriented reform.The mining rights reform is the focus of this current oil and gas system reform, which will have a far-reaching impact on large state-owned petroleum enterprises.To the end, combining the status quo of China’s oil and gas mining rights and the national policy of mining rights since the reform of the relevant policy approach, this paper analyzes the mining rights reform impacts on management and future development of large state-owned petroleum enterprises.In the end, this paper proposes some suggestions to meet reform requirements and comply with the reform situation, including cooperating with the country to complete the reform work actively, studying oil and gas resources utilization methods thoroughly and formulating system and mechanism guarantee measures effectively.
