Abstract: The basic principles of the production technology of molybdenum disulfide(MoS₂) by natural method and synthetic method were briefly introduced according to the requirements of structural characteristics and application.The effects of microwave and ultrasonic degreasing and iron removal,desilication process in natural method of MoS₂ were investigated by using microwave and ultrasonic characteristics of selective heating and dispersion,emulsification,stripping.The results show that removal rate of grease,total iron and silicon dioxide to the molybdenum concentrate of Jingduicheng,Shaanxi province was up to 98.4%,96.7% and 98.7%,respectively.This new technology would indicate that the microwave and ultrasonic technique in the fields of natural method of MoS₂ technology has wide application prospects.
