Abstract: Coal mining causes damage of plenty of land resources.Presently,the coal-mining area in China only has land re-reclamation ratio of 12%.To complete related laws and systems,promote industrialization of land re-reclamation in coal-mining area,and establish effective mechanism for re-reclamation in coal-mining area are means for controlling the environment in the mining area,realizing sustainable utilization of lands in coal-mining area,and developing cyclic economy.
