Abstract: This paper analyzes the characteristics of mining production, based on mining investment in our country the status of risk management evaluation, analysis of the inadequacies of the proposed standardizing the market order, the expansion of enterprise scale, strengthen the construction of measures such as laws and regulations, ways of improving our country mining the level of risk management methods.
