Abstract: Through the summary on enterprise developing model of the main international mining companies,and with demonstration analysis and research on enterprise development model of Oxiana Limited and the successful experience in enterprise management and development strategies,and further analysis on the immanent rule of this company,the writer summarizes the valuable successful experiences of the Oxiana Limited and makes suggestions for Chinese mining companies for future operation.
