Abstract: This paper discussed the target objective and foundation of mining right on-site, It also discussed the working methods and technical requirements of mining right on-site inspection, mining right surveying date organizing database construction, etc. By addressing some of the existing problems in practice, this paper proposes effective solutions and lays solid foundation for the mining right inspection and digital mine.
