Abstract: In the first place, this paper give a judgement on the future developmental trend of China gold industry, and specify the prominent problems existing in current development. Based on the above two aspects, we bring forward some strategies and suggestions to ensure gold industry develop healthly and sustainably from the respective of geological exploratio, resource integration, industrial upgrading, policy formulating and opening, etc.
