Abstract: The high interests of the mining development are often at the expense of damage to ecological environment and local welfare.Along with economic and social development and happy life yearning,there is an increasing demand for development of local mining community.Yet,companies often do not pay attention to the construction and development of surrounding communities,and there are always tensions between mining companies and local communities.To effectively solve the contradiction between the interests and development,this paper studies Chia's mining community participation patterns by drawing on the successful experience of international mining community construction.Then,the author poses four mining community participation patterns:passive relief mode,government-orchestrated mode,communityled mode,and enterprise-sponsored,and the connotation of the four modes and organizational structure are also analyzed.It offers a good solution of coordinated development for three parties of government,business and community.Further,it is of great significance of reference to the construction and development of China's mining community.
