中硬岩石巷道聚能管控制爆破与光面爆破的对比试验研究

    Comparison study on controlled blasting technology with energy gathering pipe and smooth blasting in middle-hard rock laneway

    • 摘要: 在岩巷掘进中,好的周边爆破技术可以形成较好的巷道轮廓,减少后期的支护和维修成本,同时降低对围岩的损伤影响,增强围岩稳定性,因此通常采用密集打眼、少装药的光面爆破技术来实现。为了减少钻孔数量,同时保证周边成型效果,本文提出了采用聚能管控制爆破技术的途径,并通过理论分析和现场试验相结合,对光面爆破和聚能管装药控制爆破技术进行了对比研究。结果表明:通过优化爆破参数,采用聚能管装药比普通光面爆破更加有利于对巷道轮廓线上岩石的破碎,巷道成型质量好,单位炸药装药量减少,同时增大周边眼间距,炮孔数量减少,提高巷道掘进速度。

       

      Abstract: In rock excavation,a well laneway profile can be formed by a better peripheral blasting techniques,which could reduce the latter costs both in the support and maintenance,as well as the damage impact to the surrounding rock,and enhance the stability of surrounding rock,which is generally realized through smooth blasting technology with intensive drilling and less charging.To reduce the quantity of blast holes,and ensure the laneway profile,controlled blasting technology with energy gathering pipe is adopted in this paper,through using theoretical analysis and combined with field tests,smooth blasting and controlled blasting with energy gathering pipe are studied.Results show that:through optimizing blasting parameters,controlled blasting techniques with energy gathering pipe are better in breaking rock on laneway profile than ordinary smooth blasting,and formed a better laneway profile,which reducing the total charge,as well as the quantity of blast holes by increasing the space between surrounding holes,and rising the driving speed of laneway.
