TiO2/白云母纳米复合材料的Raman光谱研究

    STUDY ON RAMAN SPECTRA OF TiO2/MUSCOVITE NANOCOMPOSITES

    • 摘要: 本文利用Raman光谱对TiO2/白云母纳米复合材料中TiO2纳米镀层的相转变和相组成进行了研究.结果表明:对于纯纳米TiO2,在导晶剂Sn4+使用适量时,无定形纳米Ti(OH)4在热处理过程中不经过锐钛矿相而直接生成金红石相;对于TiO2/白云母纳米复合材料,TiO2纳米镀层仍然是以金红石相占优势的金红石、锐钛矿的混合相。TiO2纳米镀层的Raman光谱显示出强烈的Raman散射,证实了TiO2纳米镀层的多晶特征。随纳米镀层厚度增大,TiO2的颗粒粒度增大,结晶度提高

       

      Abstract: The phase transition and phase composition of TiO2 coating layer in the TiO2/muscovite nanocomposites were studied by Raman spectrum.The results showed that amorphous Ti(OH) 4 transform directly into rutile phase under suitable accelerant Sn4+ ions,not anatase phase.In the TiO2/muscovite nanocomposite,TiO2 coating layer contains both rutile and anatase,but rutile is dominant.The Raman spectra of TiO2 coating layer showed stronger Raman scattering,and confirmed the polycrystalline feature of TiO2 particles.With increasing of TiO2 layer thickness,size of TiO2 particles increase,their crystallization degree increase too.
