张家口地区鲕状赤铁矿还原焙烧-弱磁选试验研究

    Test research on roasting-low intensity magnetic separation of oolitic hematite ore in Zhangjiakou area

    • 摘要: 鲕状赤铁矿因其微细粒嵌布、结构复杂等特点,一直被认为是世界选矿难题。本文针对张家口地区难选鲕状赤铁矿的矿石性质进行了选矿工艺研究。不论是采用强磁-重选,还是采用强磁-反浮选工艺流程,在铁精矿品位为62%的条件下,其回收率均达不到55%。为此,进行了的焙烧-弱磁选试验研究,在焙烧温度850℃、焙烧时间75~90min、矿煤比11、磨矿细度-0.074mm占80%、磁场强度为80kA/m条件下,经过一次精选,可获得品位63.06%、回收率86.05%的铁精矿。

       

      Abstract: With the feature of finely-dissemination particle and complex mineral composition,oolitic hematite is considered to be the ore dressing difficult problem in the world. beneficiation process research on refractory oolitic hematite in Zhangjiakou Area are introduced according ore properties. Both using high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation flowsheet or using high intensity magnetic separation-gravity separation flowsheet, obtaining iron concentrates grading 62% Fe at the recovery of less than 50% each. So roasting-low intensity magnetic separation is adopted. with roasting temperature of 850℃, time for 75~90min and ore-coal ratio of 11, the grinding fineness of -0.076mm 80%, magnetic intensity of 80KA/m, gaining the iron concentrates assaying 63.06% Fe at the recovery of 86.05%.
