Abstract:
The new Eurasian Transport Corridor, which connects Liaoning Province, Inner Mongolia, Mongolia and Russia, is not only a passage of energy and a path to rational distribution of ports, but also an access to opportunity of promoting regional economic development. The construction of it is both historically and realistically significant in terms of developing the port economy in western Liaoning Province, promoting export-oriented economy in Inner Mongolia, and enhancing the Sino-Mogolian and Sino-Russian trade in this area
