Abstract:
Taking 2013 solid mineral exploration in three provinces (Anhui,Hubei and Yunnan) for example,this article made an statistical analysis on indicators such as the basic outline,ownership structure,capital and technical input,area reduction and warrant expiration of the exploration right in the three provinces,and also made an interpretation of the causes under the policy background.Research shows that state-owned geological exploration units are still the backbone of China’s mineral exploration market;Limited Liability Companies are the biggest investment in mineral exploration activities;proportion of social capital investment is closely related to the degree of mining rights marketization in different provinces;price of mineral products and management policy of mining rights in different provinces are the two most important factors which affect the way and quantity of exploration rights.Besides that,in adequate of financial and technical force,lack of grassroots monitoring and expired exploration rights are the common problems in the three provinces.Conclusions of this article can be taken as reference by management decision-making,and the analysis framework in this article can be used as reference for exploration situation analysis of each province or even the whole country.
