煤炭产业发展政策研究的必要性分析

STUDY ON THE SIGNIFICANCE OF COAL INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT POLICY

摘要: 煤炭是我国的主体能源。本文从能源消费和生产现状、能源安全等六个方面分析了煤炭产业在我国国民经济中的地位;讨论了煤炭产业的现状及其存在的问题;指出造成我国煤炭产业困境的根本原因在于我国缺乏一套系统、完整、科学的煤炭产业政策;同时指出,制定煤炭产业发展政策的环境已经成熟;最后分析了煤炭产业发展政策的研究与制定对我国煤炭工业健康发展的重要意义。

Abstract: Coal is the main energy.This paper analyses the status of the coal industry in the national economy and discusses its station and problem.Then point that the essential causation of matter is the lack of a integrated and correct coal industry policy.The paper also indicate it is well-timed to constitute the coal industry policy,and analyses its significance.
