倾斜厚煤层工作面支架稳定性分析及其控制技术

    Stability analysis of powered support and its control technology in inclined thick seam

    • 摘要: 本文针对新疆大黄山矿858倾斜厚煤层工作面开采难题,提出了采用综放开采工艺,并对所选用的ZFS5200/17/32型放顶煤液压支架防倒、防滑稳定性进行力学分析。通过分析发现ZFS5200/17/32型支架倾倒临界角为27°,由于858工作面煤层平均倾角为25°,考虑到工作面倾角局部变化,故需对支架采取一定的防倒、防滑技术措施。此外,通过对影响支架稳定性的关键综放工艺进行分析研究,确定了机采高度为3.2m,放煤步距为1.2m,放煤方式为单架依次顺序放煤。现场实践表明,858工作面在保证支架稳定性的基础上,实现了倾斜厚煤层高产高效开采,为以后类似条件工作面的开采提供了重要的现实依据。

       

      Abstract: Aimingfor the mining problems of 858inclined thick seam in Dahuangshan coalmine,adopting long wall with top coal caving was put forward.And after the stabilityanalysis on anti-dumping and anti-sliding of ZFS5200/17/32powered support,the dumping angle of ZFS5200/17/32powered support is 27°.Due to the average inclination of 858face is 25° and taking local changes into account,anti-dumping and anti-sliding measures should be taken.Besides,after the analysis on the key long wall withcoal caving parameters,thecutting height,theway and step distanceof top-coal caving were determined.Actual practice shows that 858faceachieved high production andhigh efficiency caving on the basis of ensuring support stability,which provides important realistic basis for similar face.
