Abstract: Discussion of problems existing in the management of exploitation of mineral resources at the county level has been presented on the basis of the practice of planning of the exploitation of several counties' mineral resources and their adverse effect on the work of planning has also been analyzed.Finally,some corresponding improvement suggestions are made.
