某粉煤灰漂珠的若干理化性质测定分析

    Test analyses of physical and chemical properties to floating beads of fly ash

    • 摘要: 本文简述了粉煤灰漂珠的应用领域与前景,对某粉煤灰漂珠进行了若干物理化学性质测定和微观形貌观测。结果表明:该粉煤灰漂珠为灰白色的空心玻璃微球,部分颗粒含有少量磁性成分;其平均含水率为30.74%,pH值为6.9~7.3,安息角为19.54~44.42度,摩擦角为30.36~45.65度,烧失量为0.40%~5.42%,比重为0.475~0.574 g/cm3,容重为0.27~0.34 g/cm3,壁厚为1.44~5.41 μm,其结果可为粉煤灰漂珠的合理应用提供参考依据。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,The application domain and developing prospect of fly ash floating beads are briefly introduced. A certain amount of physical and chemical properties of fly ash floating beads are measured and its forms and appearances are observed with microscope. The results present that the physical and chemical properties of floating beads of fly ash are micro-sphere of grayish and hollow glass beads, a part of particles contenting a small little magnetic components. The test analytical results of physical and chemical properties of fly ash floating beads, such as average moisture content of 30.74%, pH of 6.9~7.3, the rest and motion angle of 19.54~44.42 and 30.36~45.65, loss of ignition of 0.40%~5.42%, the density and compaction of 0.475~0.574 g/cm3 and 0.27~0.34 g/cm3 and particles' wall thickness of 1.44~5.41 μm, can provided the basis for reasonable application.
