Abstract: Green mine construction is not simply mine reclamation and afforestation,but rather a complex systems engineering,having aprofound meaning and essence.Green mines connotation contains both the rational exploitation of resources use and environmental prevention and governance traditionally, more green,sustainable innovation-oriented to achieve the profound meaning of mining circular economy and low-carbon economy。The significance of the green mine construction is not just to repair this high intensity resource development,low-level environmental management,more mine system of sustainable development strategic considerations,such as perfect no-waste and green mining technology,less amount and efficient use of mine natural capital,strengthening the comprehensive utilization of resources and the development of environmental protection industry chain.Green mine should be regarded as a concept of multidimensional systems,the green mines policy should be more detailed mapping and concerns.
