Abstract: There is very strong complexity in the financial review for oversea mining project. The paper,based on author's experience, introduced analyses of financial index, uncertainty analyses and some useful assisting means therein, and put forward that the qualified due diligence is the bases for proper financial review and the integrating consideration of specific financial index, influence to investor's overall developing targets, risk levels, investor's capability for suffering financial losses as well as outstanding advantages & disadvantages are essential for proper conclusion.
