Abstract: The current situation of mineral resource compensation fee and mineral rights use fee in our country is analyzed at first. Then the author's comprehension on mineral resource compensation fee and mineral rights use fee is given. In the end the author suggests that mineral resource compensation fee and mineral rights use fee should merge and the merger is called mineral rights use fee.
