Abstract: Based on the research of formation conditions, geographical and climatic conditions, terrain conditions and structural conditions that were required for deposition of sedimentary bauxite in Guangxi Province, in combination with the bauxite ore-forming process, the paper reaches the result that the migration and enrichment of gold in the deposition process of sedimentary bauxite is exist.
