深部离层断裂型工程软岩巷道支护技术研究

    Research on the deep apart bedding rupture engineering soft rock roadway supporting technology

    • 摘要: 深部巷道埋藏深度大,地质构造复杂,应力组合作用效应明显,煤矿深部开采巷道围岩控制成为制约安全高效生产的主要因素之一。本文通过分析深部巷道围岩特性及力学环境,从围岩对巷道工程支护对策选择及方案设计思路的影响出发,对围岩进行分类,提出相应支护对策。支护效果监测结果表明,高强锚网索+梁(带)联合支护技术能保证深部复杂高应力离层断裂型工程软岩巷道的安全稳定,取得良好效果。

       

      Abstract: The deep roadway embedding is large, geology conformation is more complex, stress combination effect is evident. The roadway surrounding rock control become a main restrict factor in the safety and high effect production of coal mine. In this paper, by analyzing theroadway’s wall rock property and mechanical environment, based on the influence of wall rock to supporting form and effect, classified the deep wall rocks and afforded the corresponding supporting method. The supporting results indicated that the high intensity "bolt+net+cable+band" combining supporting technology can ensure the apart bedding rupture engineering soft rockroadway’s stability and gain good effect.WT
