Abstract:
In order to study the affection of graded gravelly soil, the initial void ratio and head pressure on the permeability coefficient inYili’s First Mine, Multi-static and dynamic triaxial test machine with different levels of soil, initial void ratio and head pressure to research the permeability of gravelly soil in laboratory was used. The results show that ①the relationship between permeability coefficient
k and initial void ratio
e0 is that permeability coefficient k increases with the initial void ratio
e0 increasing. ② Permeability coefficient
k also increases with the head pressure increasing, and permeability and head pressure has a linear relationship. ③ With the same head pressure, the permeability coefficient
k reducing with the confining pressure
σ3 increasing. The results provide more reasonable calculation parameters for the stability analysis of shaft seepage flow inYili’s First Mine.
