Abstract: In this paper, the concept of fluxed pellet、its characteristic、its advantage and its bonding mechanism are discussed. Virtues of magnesic-fluxed pellet are illustrated. How metallurgical properties of fluxed pellet are improved when it is used in blast furnace, some examples of fluxed pellet production are also introduced.
