Abstract: As a result of dual separations between the Personal Rights and the Property Rights,commercial geological prospecting achievement rights have many properties rights in the value aspect.Multiplex investment body initiates benefit conflicts.More should be carried on the revision and the increase to the Intellectual Property Rights Law System and Minerals Resource Law,which can balance the interests between commercial geological prospecting achievement rights and its relating rights.
