软岩巷道变形机理及测试技术研究

    Research on the deformation mechanism and test technology of soft rock roadway

    • 摘要: 巷道支护已经成为制约深部开采的重大难题,而软岩巷道支护问题更是目前国内外尚未解决亟需开展研究的新领域。为了使支护方案、支护参数更加合理、有效,本文在探讨软岩巷道工程变形特征的基础上,提出用符合软岩变形破坏特征的多钻孔方法测试围岩的浅部破碎圈和深部塑性圈,结合软岩变形、破坏过程动态追踪试验结果,进而应用损伤力学、卸荷力学方法,从不同角度分析其非线性变形破坏机理,重点研究巷道浅部破碎圈和深部塑性圈的形成机制及变形破坏特征,针对巷道不同阶段的变形和破坏特征,提出一次支护需要重点预防浅部破碎圈的扩展,并允许深部塑性圈的变形卸压;二次支护的主要任务是在适当时机阻止大塑性圈的继续扩展。这一思想得到杜尔坪矿西大巷支护实践的充分验证,取得了较好的效果。

       

      Abstract: Roadway support has the most effect on the coal mine production, moreover, the soft roadway control is still the new field for probing into.In order to make the support scheme and parameter optimum and efficiency, in this paper, on the base of research distortion characteristic of soft rock entries, advancing suitable several holes method in testing distortion characteristic shallow or deep surrounding rock mass.Non-linear deformation and break mechanism was analyzed with damage mechanics, unload mechanics, structure mechanics in vary point of view, and the main purpose is to study the formation, deformation and breach characteristic in shallow fragmentation circle and deep plastic circle.According to the deformation and damage characteristic of roadway in vary phase, the paper thought that the first support system aim is to prevent the forming of shallow fragmentation circle and the second is to stop continuous deformation of deep plastic circle in due course.This paper’s idea was fully validated in west entry supporting system and obtained preferable result in DuerPing mine.
