Abstract: Coal-bed methane (CBM) is a gas which consists predominantly of methane. It can increate the supply of natural gas. As oil and gas of our country is in short supply, developing the CBM is a realistic option. At present, China's CBM industry development is in the early stage. It has not been established. This paper has analyses the conditions for the industrialization of the CBM development in resources endowment, technology, market and infrastructure. Base on, this paper put forward some advices for development China's CBM industry.
