Abstract: Refocusing operation strategy is one of the most important strategies to achieve rapid and health development of Jizhong Energy Group. The background to enforce refocusing operation strategy of the group is firstly discussed from aspects of implementing national industrial policy, building bigger and stronger enterprise, enhancing operation efficiency and reducing operation risks. Then its refocusing operation strategy is analyzed in segments of leadership thinking, development strategy, operational businesses, group management and control, products and technology, professionals and cadres management and enterprise culture.
