Abstract: In order to save energy and reduce consumption, West Mining Xitieshan branch aim to technological transformation of flotation machine. According to the specific situation of the equipment and after analysis and compare to various possible technical solutions, we defined the frequency conversion technology is the best solution. By comparing before and after technological transformation. in operation of the Flotation machine, we concluded that after the transformation the power consumption substantially reduced and also increased the level of flotation's technology.
