Abstract: The article analyzes law character and assets attribute of the mining property rights and the framework of the mining property rights in China,summarizing the main problem of the mining property rights management,and putting forward the correlative countermeasure and advice,which puts further forward our mining property rights and bases the character of national resource ensuring sustainable developemt.
