Abstract: With the profound and tremendous change of globe energy and mining industry, the real facets and characteristics of mineral resources in China must be dialectically analyzed and reasonably understood. The latent capacity of inadequate minerals and insufficiency of rich minerals should be noticed at the same time. Only this could we get the initiative in the international minerals market and resources-oriented diplomacy.
