石英晶体微天平电极表面的原位物理化学研究

摘要: 使用QCM原位研究己二硫醇在金表面上的吸附/解吸附液相动力学,从起始阶段到达到吸附平衡,通过线性拟合,发现吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附模型;确定己二硫醇在不同溶剂中,在Au表面吸附/解吸附的速率常数、表观平衡常数、自由能,以及通过在不同温度下的实验结果推导出反应的表观活化能,为QCM电极表面自组装提供基本的理论参数Abstract: To study in situ solution phase kinetics of adsorption/desorption of hexanedithiol on gold of QCM.Langmuir adsorption isotherm kinetics can be used to describe this reaction;To determine the rate constant of adsorption/desorption, equilibrium contant, free energy of adsorption of on gold in various solutions;To determine the activation energy using the result of different temperatures.
